Achieving SD rank was indeed a team effort rather than an individual accomplishment. Lastly, I want to thank myself for making the right choice.How I Overcame ChallengesDuring the intense period of aiming for SD, I faced many rejections and countless unsuccessful attempts to close deals. With tight deadlines and my leader residing in Melbourne, I couldn%u2019t help but feel anxious and stressed. However, after receiving encouragement from Evon Ho (PD), Tina (SD), and Mr. Yong Full Loong (Country Manager of BWL Malaysia), I realized how much they had my back. Their support reignited my determination, and I was resolved to move forward, with no retreat until I succeeded.I also learned from Erene Tan Yee Lan, a sideline member who successfully ranked up to SD last November. She generously shared her insights with me, including tips on focusing on potential clients, improving my communication skills, and refining my strategies. This is the beauty of BWL%u2014people, even from the sidelines, are willing to help selflessly. How could I possibly give up when surrounded by such support? I am beyond grateful.With this new knowledge, I reworked my strategy, sought out high-potential clients, and increased the number of invitations and meetings. As the saying goes, 'God helps those who help themselves,' my sales grew dramatically, eventually reaching 50,000 GBV!This experience taught me that all challenges can be overcome with a clear goal, the right approach, taking it one step at a time, and maintaining persistence until the end. In BWL, no challenge is too great to be overcome! We will prevail if we are brave enough to ask for help, leverage others%u2019 strengths, and face every up and down optimistically!My Next BWL GoalLife is an ever-evolving journey. Looking ahead, I am dedicated to growing alongside my team, organizing our structure, supporting my partners in finding their direction to move forward, setting both short-term and long-term goals, and ensuring we implement them effectively.By the end of 2026, I aim to nurture ten BBMs and three SDs, ultimately reaching GD rank by 2027. Together with the leaders, I aspire to empower more partners by helping them unlock their potential, realize their dreams, and live rewarding lives as we take our team to greater heights.When You Believe Deeply, Your Resolve Strengthens, And Your Actions Grow Bolder!19
