At first, it felt like I was juggling two jobs, and my schedule was extremely tight. Fortunately, BWL%u2019s online training and team support helped me develop time management and goal-setting skills. Although stress still arises, I%u2019ve learned to manage my time effectively, prioritize what matters most, and adjust when necessary. Despite the ongoing challenges, I%u2019ve found ways to maintain balance and stay focused on my job and BWL business.My Next BWL GoalBy December 2025, I aim to help more partners achieve their dreams and support at least three BBMs advancing to SD. I will give my all to lead my team, encourage active participation in the company%u2019s training programs, motivate one another to unlock our full potential, enhance our team%u2019s capabilities, and create the best lives we can together. I firmly believe that as we continue to grow, we can achieve financial independence and create even more opportunities for success.
